Agilext operates purpose-built extrusion systems designed specifically for sheet production. Our equipment is engineered for process stability, repeatability and flexibility, supporting a wide range of thicknesses, widths and surface profiles while maintaining tight control over material performance.
Both extrusion lines are supported by in-house designed tooling, roll stacks, forming wheels and tension-control systems, allowing Agilext to maintain consistent quality, efficient changeovers and dependable output for both standard and custom production requirements.
Line #1 – Wide Sheet Extrusion Line
12” to 60” Sheet Width Capability
- 3.5” High-Capacity Extruder: Stable melt control and reliable, repeatable output support consistent quality across production runs
- Broad Width and Thickness Range: Supports flexible production, efficient changeovers and a wide range of customer requirements
- Horizontal Roll Stack: Ensures smooth forming and precise gauge control for uniform belt surfaces
- Forming Wheels and Profile Surfaces: Shared tooling platform enables efficient production of multiple surface textures while optimizing equipment utilization
- Tension-Controlled Unwind System: Provides consistent web tension for smooth, stable downstream processing, supports the ability to extrusion coat and laminate compatible materials
- Integrated Slitting System: Precision slitting capability delivers accurate finished widths and clean edges
- Phantom Axis Jumbo Roll Winder: Tension- and taper-controlled winding ensures uniform roll quality, consistent tightness and reliable handling during secondary fabrication
Line #2 – High-Output Wide Sheet Extrusion Line
36" to 60” Sheet Width Capability
- 4.5” High-Capacity Extruder: Designed to deliver approximately 50% greater output and 50% higher line speeds, increasing throughput and reducing lead times for high-volume programs
- Interchangeable Die System: Fully compatible with Line #1 tooling, allowing flexible scheduling, faster transitions between products and optimized production planning
- High-Speed Horizontal Sheet Stack: Enables faster processing while maintaining dimensional control and surface consistency
